1.1 Definition

Communication is the mutual exchange of information understanding between speaker and the audience by any effective means. Both of the speaker and the audience must be involved.

Communication therefore involve the transferring of experiences to listener by sender so that they (the listeners) can also have the same experiences.

1.2 Purpose of communication

What are purposes of communication?

The main purpose of communication is to evoke action from the listener based on the shared information and ideas.
